Reservation conditions Camping La Perle Limousin, Creuse.

Reservation:

-  The reservation is definite when we have received the reservation form (entirely filled in).
-  1 place: for maximum 6 persons.

Affirmative:

-   After we have received the reservation form (entirely filled in) and the advance payment, we send
    you an affirmative.

Advance payment:

-   For 1 place on the camp-site you pay € 7,50 (for 1 night) at reservation, with minimum
     of € 100,00.
-   For a stay in 1 of our caravans or mobilhomes minimum of  € 250,00.
-   The advance payment must be transferred within 1 week after sending of
     the reservation form.
-   The advance payment can you transfer on our bank account:

-   Do not forget to indicate your name and mail code at the payment.

End payment:

-   Payment in advance: if the remaining amount 6 weeks for the beginning of
    the rent period on our account has been added, you receives 5% discounts on the total
    rent amount.
-   Payment at arrival on Camping La Perle: the remaining amount (incl. tourist tax
    and guarantee sum) must you pay (cash) at arrival.
-   Pay attention to: on the reservation form you must indicate when you want pay the remaining amount.

Car:

-   On every place (if possible) you can park a car/motor-cycle.
     You must park the car/motor-cycle at your own place or on the parking place.
-   Between 23.00 and 08.00 is the gate of the camp-site closed and in this period it has not been permitted
    to drive with cars/motor-cycles on the camp-site.
-   When you arrive after 23.00 on the camp-site, you must park the car
    on the parking place at the gate of the camp-site.

Annulment/early departure:

-   At annulment: you do not receive the advance payment, unless someone rent this place again.
    If that is the case we transfer the amount on your bank account.
-   We recommend you to conclude a cancellation insurance.
-   At early departure: you receive nothing of the rent sum.

Arrival/departure:

-   The place which you have reserved, is available from 12.00 on
    the day of arrival (that you have reserved).
-   If you do not arrive on the day of arrival (reserved by you) and we have heard nothing of you,
    we can let the place (after 24 hours) to someone else.
-   On the day of departure, you must leave the place (entirely clearred) for 11.00 in the morning.
